Asharqia Chamber represented Training Program Center (motivation and creativity in the
administration) for women in the branch of Qatif on Monday, March 13, 2017.
The aim of the program, which is held over three training days to make the
participants discover their potentials and the importance of it in creation
of creativity, and
introduce them to the flexibility in the skills in overcoming the challenges and the
awareness of the participants of the importance of their role in providing a
creative environment at work, in addition to identifying the strengths and
weaknesses of participating in the work .
The program which will be held from 5 pm until 9 pm will discuss several topics:
the 9 components of story creativity and
creative thinking, obstacles of the components of good questions, vulnerability
and positive influence, the concept of
motives and causes and treatment of low motivation, also reviews the exciting
work habits, in addition to the ten motivating
points for creativity.
The program targets employees in the public and private sectors in different
administrative levels.
